The two lots for sale are next to each other on the second row from the waterfront, and approximately ¼ of an acre each. The smaller one is 75 ft wide by 135 ft deep and on a slight hill overlooking the lagoon. The larger lot is a corner lot and is wider, 90 ft wide by 135 ft deep. Progress Heights Property Location:
Belize is located in Central America just south of Mexico. By air, it is about 2 hours from Houston and Miami. The Progresso Heights development is located about 70 miles north of the Belize City International Airport and 15 miles SE of Corozal, Belize. The Village of Progresso with stores is about a mile from the development. The town of Corozal has shops, medical, schools, churches, etc. is the main shopping location. The large Mexican city of Chetumal, MX is about 30 miles with US type stores, larger medical facilities, etc. Chetumal also has a major airport. We are about 270 miles south of Cancun, MX. Belize's famous barrier islands and Caribbean Sea are 30 miles east across the Bay of Chetumal. The Belize Free Trade Zone is nearby, 20 miles, with shops, hotels, and casinos.
United, American, Delta, Southwest, Air Canada, and WestJet Airlines all make direct flights to Belize City from the USA and Canada. Copa, Aviance, and Tropic Air also fly to and from Mexico and other Central American cities. Tropic and Maya Air fly within Belize. From our northern Belize location, some also fly Interjet to the USA from the Chetumal Airport. There are a number of daily flights between Corozal and both Belize City and San Pedro on Ambergris Caye. And there are daily boats from Corozal to Ambergris Caye.
