Fifty (50) Acres of Waterfront on the North Coast of Belize at Consejo

Belize Property Location Information:

Belize is located in Central America just south of Mexico. By air, it is 2 to 2 ½ hours from Houston and Miami. Our waterfront development is located about 90 miles north of the Belize City International Airport and 7 miles northeast of Corozal, Belize on a good all weather road. The Village of Consejo is 1-mile south of the project. Chetumal, Mexico is approximately 2 ½ miles (10 minutes by boat) across the bay from the development. Chetumal also has a major airport. Belize's famous barrier islands and Caribbean Sea are 30 miles east across the bay.

Continental, American, US Air and Grupo Taca Airlines all make daily flights to Belize City from the USA. Delta flies in on Saturdays. Smaller carriers also fly to Belize. There are also a number of daily flights between the Corozal area and both Belize City and Ambergris Caye. There is a daily boat from Corozal & Ambergris Caye.

Belize Real Estate Information:

This very beautiful Mayan Seaside development has approximately 1300 feet of shoreline on the Bay of Chetumal. The waterfront consists of a combination of small natural sandy bottoms and mangrove growths. There are three small Mayan Ruins near the waterfront. Included is a waterfront park with a community pier, swimming platform, small lagoon, and the Mayan Ruins. Much of the property is wooded with an abundance of wildlife.

To date, we have installed 3-phase power and water on the property, completed all roads, surveyed & staked all lots, trimmed the lots in all Sections, build our first 20 homes and cabins, dug our lagoon and built a sea wall, built or community maintenance building, constructed shuffle board and horse shoe courts, and finished our center park. Plans for 2010 include finishing the landscaping of the parks and installing our security entrance gates.

Smuggler's Den is to the north of the development and includes sandy beaches, a restaurant, and several small rental cabanas. A small hotel with a bar & restaurant is about one mile south in the Village of Consejo. You can see the lights of Chetumal from the waterfront at night. The area is very quite and peaceful with much natural beauty.

Retirement Incentives:

Over the past ten years, many Americans, Canadians, and Europeans have moved to Belize and built retirement and vacation homes. Belize has many investment and retirement incentives to encourage these individuals to invest and retire there.
